Wholemeal Pasta

"Wholemeal" pasta is made exclusively from Demeter certified biodynamic hard wheat flour ground together with a percentage of the grain shell. In order top preserve all of the nutritional properties of the grain, the cereal is ground and transformed in the shortest time possible, which gives the pasta a more intense taste.

This pasta can be combined with light and refined dressings.
The presence of a part of the shell of the grain helps mineral salts absorption and aids the upkeep of the intestine.
