Senatore Cappelli's pasta is produced exclusively from Demeter certified biodynamic hard wheat flour.

The difference between wholemeal and mixed wholemeal, is that with mixed wholemeal a higher percentage of the shell is eliminated in order to give the customer a product that has both the characteristics of white and wholemeal pasta.
