Kamut Pasta

Kamut pasta is made exclusively from organic khorasan kamut semolina, which has excellent nutritional properties and has been used for many centuries.

This type of grain is considered to be very nutritional because it contains a high quantity of proteins, mineral salts and vitamins (particularly vitamin E). Because of these characteristics, this pasta has a high energetic value and is a valid alternative for people that cannot tolerate gluten of normal durum wheat.
