The recipe:
Completa soup with carrots
Ingredients to serve 2
Pasta completa 60gr
2 carrots
potatoes 1
celery half leg
500ml vegetable stock
extra virgin olive oil q.s.
grated parmesan q.s.
salt and pepper q.s.

Peel carrots and potatoes, cut into small pieces along with celery and boil the whole thing. When they are cooked, season with salt and pepper and add the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and add a drizzle of olive oil and grated Parmesan.
