Colorata: 250gr - 12pz

The recipe:
Colorata vegetable soup
Ingredients to serve 2
Pasta Colorata 60gr
2 carrots
2 zucchini
Celery half leg
700ml vegetable stock
Leek half.
Extra virgin olive oil q.s.
Salt and pepper q.s.

Peel wash and cut the vegetables, put them in the vegetable stock and cook them. Once cooked, grind everything. Merge salt and pepper (if necessary), bring to a boil, and add the pasta. When cooked, add a drizzle of olive oil.
