Allegra: 250gr - 12pz

The recipe:
Allegra Soup with asparagus
Ingredients to serve 2
Allegra pasta 60 g
400 g green asparagus
Half onion
500 ml vegetable broth
A nut butter
Spoon tomato sauce
olive oil to taste.
Grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Sauté with chopped onion, a little olive oil and butter. Dissolve the tomato in a glass of water, and add to onion. Add the asparagus tips and cook over a medium heat. Put on the heat the vegetable broth and when starts to boil pour the sauteed asparagus and shortly after the pasta. Once cooked serve with pasta and grated Parmesan cheese.
