Ingredients to serve 4:

Tagliatelle 350gr
Zenzero 100gr
Grated Parmesan cheese 40gr
Butter 20gr
Shallot 1
Cooking cream 100gr
Salt and pepper q.s.

Peel and sliced the shallot, cut and sliced the ginger, melt the butter in a frying pan, combine the shallot, make it add the ginger flavored with salt and pepper and let fry, cook for about 20 minutes. At cooking, incorporate cooking cream. Cook the pasta in plenty of salt water and season with the prepared mixture. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
