The recipe:
Tagliatelle with pumpkin and gorgonzola
Ingredients to serve 4:
Tagliatelle 350gr
Shallot
Gorgonzola 150gr
Turmeric 1 spoon
Cooking cream 50gr
Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
Salt and Pepper To Taste.

Chop the shallot and brown it, pepper and salt. When cooked, add the gorgonzola and cooking cream and Curcuma. Meanwhile cook the pasta in abundant salted water, drain it al dente and season with the prepared sauce.
