Tagliatelle with Nettle and Beet Root with bell pepper
Ingredients to serve 4:

Tagliatelle with nettle and beet root 350gr
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 clove garlic
1 bunch parsley
Cream 150g
Extra virgin olive oil q.s.
Salt and pepper q.s.

Wash the bell peppers, clean from the seeds and the internal ribs. Cut into thin strips. In a skillet sauté olive oil with garlic and chopped parsley. Add the bell pepper and adjust sale.Durante cooking add a little water if needed and when they are cooked incorporate the cream. Cook the noodles in salted water, drain when al dente and toss in the pan with the sauce.
