Penne with spirulian seaweed

Penne: 500gr - 10pz

The recipe:
Penne with spirulian seaweed
Ingredients to serve 4
Penne with spirulian seaweed 350gr
Tuna with oil 3 fillets
Parsley 1 clump
Garlic 1 clove
Tomato sauce 3 tablespoons
Brandy a splash
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper q.s.

In a frying pan cook the chopped parsley with the oil and the garlic, add the tomato, the tuna pepper and cook well. Add the brandy to evaporate and then turn off the fire. Cook the pasta in plenty of salt water, drain it to the tooth and season with the prepared sauce.
