The recipe:
Tagliatelle Senatore Cappelli with salmon and mushrooms
Ingredients to serve 4
Tagliatelle Senatore Cappelli 350 gr
180 gr di funghi porcini
200 gr di salmone affumicato
3 spicchi d’aglio
1 bicchierino di rhum
5 cucchiai di panna da cucina
Olio extravergine d'oliva q.b.
Sale q.b.

In a frying pan with olive oil let brown the garlic and then add the mushrooms, toward the end of cooking, add the salmon cut into small pieces and add a glass of rum, let it evaporate, drain the noodles and stir everything together adding the cream.
