Tagliatelle 33: 250gr - 15pz

The recipe:
Tagliatelle with celery

Wholemeal tagliatelle 350gr
White celery 4 stalks
Onion 1
Pine nuts 50gr
Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted boiling water. While the pasta is cooking wash and chop all the vegetables, put them in a blender with a little water to obtain a cream.
Drain the pasta and mix it in well with the vegetable cream and olive oil. Season and serve.
