Fusilli: 500gr - 15pz

The recipe:
Fusilli Integrals with mushrooms
Ingredients to serve 4
Whole wheat fusilli 350gr
Mixed mushrooms 400g (200g if porcini)
Parsley 3 tufts
Garlic 1 clove
Chili 1 (small size)
Extra virgin olive oil To taste
Salt and Pepper To Taste.

Clean the mushrooms, remove the earthy part and wash them in cold water, dry them and cut them into slices, peel the garlic cloves and mash them lightly. Wash the parsley, chop it and brown it with the garlic and the mushrooms in a pan, adding 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil over medium heat with the chilli. Meanwhile cook the fusilli in abundant salted water, drain and season with the prepared sauce.
