Tagliatelle: 250gr - 15pz

The recipe:
Tagliatelle with butter, sage and walnut
Ingredients to serve 6
Tagliatelle 600gr
Sage 5/6 leaves
Shelled walnuts 200gr
Parmesan cheese (grated) 6 tbsp
Butter 50gr
Salt to taste

Cook the Tagliatelle in a lot of salted boiling water (only add the pasta once the water is boiling). While the pasta is cooking melt the butter in a small pan and brown the sage. Chop the walnuts finely. Drain the pasta and mix it in with the butter, sage, parmesan cheese and chopped walnuts. Serve hot.
