Stelline: 500gr - 15pz

The recipe:
Stelline with fresh peas
Ingredients to serve 4
Stelline 150gr
Onion 1/4
Parsley to taste q.b.
Tomato sauce 200gr
Vegetable broth 800ml
Fresh Peas 500gr
Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
Salt to taste

Finely chop the onion and parsley and slowly brown in a little oil. Add the tomato sauce, salt and cook slowly. After 10 minutes add the fresh peas and the broth and bring to the boil. Add the stelline and follow cooking times on the pack.
Serve hot garnished with parmesan cheese.
