Mezze Penne

Mezze Penne: 500gr - 15pz

The recipe:
Mezze Penne "Winter"
Ingredients to serve 4
Mezze Penne 350gr
Chicory salad 200g
onion half
Cottage cheese 200g
30g grated Parmesan cheese
Extra virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons
Salt and pepper q.s.

Carefully wash the salad, drain and cut into pieces. In a pan fry the finely chopped onion with the olive oil. After a little 'together the salad and cook for a few minutes. Add the cheese, season with salt and pepper and stir in the Parmesan.
Cook the pasta in salted water, drain and pour into the pan with the sauce.
