Filini: 500gr - 15pz

The recipe:
Filini in brodo vegetalevegetable soup
Ingredients to serve 3
Filini 240gr
1 onion
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 leek
1.5 liters water
Chopped parsley q.s.
Extra virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons
Salt q.s.
Pepe q.s.

Sauté the vegetables in a baking tray over medium heat. Then add the water salt and pepper. Cook on low heat for an hour. When the broth is ready, remove the vegetables and add the pasta. Finish cooking and serve.
