Conchigliette in Carrot Pottage
Ingredients to serve 4
:
Conchigliette 200gr
Vegetable broth 800ml
Carrots 520gr
Onion 80gr
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp

Brown the chopped carrots and onion in a saucepan with the oil and then blend everything into a cream. Add this vegetable cream to the broth and bring to the boil. Add the Conchigliette and cook as indicated on the pack.
