Penne: 500gr - 10pz

The recipe:
Spelt Penne with ricotta and saffron
Ingredients to serve 3
Penne Spelt 250 gr
Ricotta cheese 4 tablespoons
1 teaspoon saffron
1 shallot
Extra virgin olive oil q.s.
Salt q.s.

While the water is boiling, chop the shallot and cook it with the oil, it will soon wilted add the ricotta and saffron, put a few tablespoons of the pasta cooking water, season with salt. Drain the pasta, pour the sauce add the grated parmesan.
