The recipe:
Spelt Conchiglie with tomato and mint
Ingredients to serve 4
:
Shells of spelt 350 gr
Tomato sauce 300g
1 bunch mint
Pecorino and Parmesan q.s.
1 red chilli
Garlic q.s.
Extra virgin olive oil q.s.
Salt q.s.

Briefly fry the garlic, red chilli cut into small pieces, then cook the tomato sauce, removing the garlic.
Boil the pasta and toss with the sauce adding pecorino, parmesan and finally chop the mint.
