Mezze Penne

Mezze Penne: 500gr - 10pz

The recipe:
Kamut Mezze Penne with tomato, rocket and speck
Ingredients to serve 4
Mezze penne di kamut 350gr
Speck 150gr (1 thick slice)
Plain tomato sauce 5 tbsp
Rocket 200gr
Extra virgin olive oil 4 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat a fourth of the oil in a large saucepan, add the tomato sauce and after a few minutes the chopped rocket. Leave to cook until ready. Dice the speck and cook with a little oil and pepper in a separate pan. When ready, add it to the tomato sauce.
Cook the mezze penne al dente in plenty of salted boiling water. Toss them in the sauce pan with the tomato sauce and serve hot.
