Ingredients to serve
Filini of kamut 100gr
Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
Vegetable broth 900ml
Grated Parmesan q.b.
Extra virgin olive oil To taste.
Salt and Pepper To Taste.

Prepare the vegetable broth, season with salt and pepper, and add the tomato sauce. Bring the vegetable broth to a boil, add the strains and at the end of the cooking add a drizzle of olive oil and grated Parmesan to taste.
